How do you set the laser for continous mode rather than pulse mode

What are you trying to accomplish here?
The output is puksed in very high frequency like 20KHz and it is liken' continue' mode

That's nothing to do with the laser frequency or pulse. It is about power control and speed control, plus the air flow.
What kind of machine and laser tube do you have?

I have a DSP t9 controller and a 180w glass tube laser. I have a 127mm FL lens and am running about 10PSI on the air nozzle. The focus puts the nozzle about 1/4" from work surface.

The trick to make a nice acrylic cutting with less wobble lines is to do it with 1)lower speed, 2) less air, 3)lower power
I'll suggest you to cut acrylic with less air to the extend of almost not feeling it or just feeling a little from the laser tip. Then, adjust the power to 25% or less with speed dropped down to 5mm/s. You may increase the speed and/or speed a little bit but not much. The acrylic cutting is really a challenging and most people are confused with higher power required and higher air assisted as well which is wrong
