I am in the process of building my LO 600x400 frame kit and XLE XY stage and I was wondering why the mounting holes on the xy stage for the x axis where on the back right rather than the back left like the y axis home switch.

Before I move the x axis home switch to the back left, I just wanted to check that there was'nt some specific reason for back right.

On my K40 they are both back left.

"Back right" is the default homing position for the x axis for the LO XLE XY stage. You can re-position it to the "back left" by drilling a M3 threaded hole.
