laser wont turn off

Hey everyone,
I have a 100w kit from light object.

I just changed the laser tube after having the machine shut down for several months.
If I press TEST button hard key on the dsp box, instead of flashing on and off the laser stays on. Same thing if I try to run a program and press stop

Any ideas what can be happening?

Which DSP?

is the power the same as you entered on the display or program?
I think i should check the wiring for bad GND first..
