I'm in the early stages of designing a 2' x 4' laser cutter/engraver. My plan is to use a RECI S2 80w tube. It will be 50/50 between cutting and engraving.
What's the beam width of this tube? I'm trying to calculate what is the largest beam expander I can use with 25mm mirrors. I'm guessing I can use a 2x with 25mm mirrors. I'd prefer to use a 2.5x expander without going to 30mm mirrors.
