Does anyone have any tips on aligning the expander to the tube and not effecting the beam path? Whats the process?
Do you align the laser without the expander, then add it in and move the expander around until its all good? Do you align the expander and then alight the mirrors with the expander in place?
Ive burned through a set of mirrors really fast and I spent the money on the combiner/expander mount and all the optics associated with it so id like to use them who has a process?
I need some help.

Re: Beam Expander mounting and alignment process
Burnt mirrors?? What power you use??
Or are the mirrors of miserable quality??
I think I should place the expander in a pretty good aligned system and try to align the expander as good as possible.. Maybe some extra alignment of the mirrors maybe necessary but before you start to align the mirrors it should be pretty close already.
