DIP switch #1 #2, #3 is used to set the decimal position
Make sure that the DIP#5 is in ON position if you're not planning to use it as a 2V meter. Very important. Failed to do so may get the meter burned out. It's 10:1 multiplier!
DIP #4 must set to ON if this is AC type meter
