Question about EWP-3806 (Small DC Brushless Water Pump)

Hey folks, hopefully a quick question that someone might be able to answer.
I recently purchased this for a small project and was reading the product information for this pump (http://www.lightobject.com/7Lmin-110GPH ... -P402.aspx) and noticed it had conflicting information about if it can be submerged.
The product text description says No, but the product technical specs say Yes. So i'm a little confused, can it be submerged or not ?
Any assistance would be appreciated.
