JLD961 digital counter

I purchased a JLD961 Dugital counter. I need to know how to program the set point values. It came preset set at 10 and 20 and wont accept any new value. the unit did not come with instructions. please tell me how to enter the new value. the counter and display work great nd it counts up and down as expected. the relay's activate when the current values are reached. i just need to know how to change the values
