I have one of the 3/4" water flow sensors (EWP-SNR106 ). I'm curious what the expected behavior is during times when no water is flowing (0 L/min)? Also, is it safe for residential drinking water applications?
Thanks

Re: Water flow sensor zero flow
It seems like I get 60Hz at zero flow...using the equation Q(L/min) = F(Hz)/5.5 that would mean Q=10.9L/min. Is this normal? Is there some sort of offset that has to be accounted for? Any ideas? One note, this is just sitting on lab bench, no actual water flow and no pressure....not sure if that matters or not. I'm powering with a 9V battery.

Re: Water flow sensor zero flow
I got to check mine here. It should be 'zero' if no water is flowing
