Re: SSR Leaking Current to Ground?

David: That sounds very odd and it's the first time I heard about it. Well, anything could happen. Let's do this: take out the SSR and isolated it from the enclosure (no direct contact). Also, get yourself a voltmeter to measure if any leak between the back plate of the SSR and the enclosure. Of cou...

Re: Programming TET-612 controler

JLD612 is a single control, there is no way you can control Heat and Cold by just one controller.

New DSP Card for Laser Engraving and Cutting

This is a a Pro version that works with same speed and performance as the commercial DSP. Unlike the commercial DSP, it doesn't come with U-drive function. But the card is capable to store about 200 working files without a PC. It comes with two parts: main board and LCD control panel It comes with a...

Sorry, I really don't know how to answer your question as I don't know what extracly you're trying to do here. If you ask me whether a power SW can be put in between a PS and the driver, I'lll say "what not"

Re: DSP Laser Replacement

It's a different card but similiar in many ways. You can download the software and the manual from the support site and take a look of that. Connection isn't identical and you got to follow the manual setting up your machine. It's not just plug and play someone must have electronics background.

Re: Need answers regarding your DSP CO2 Laser Engraving/ Cutter

Here is the dimension (overall): L * W * D = 95mm * 71mm * 35mm The new board is running 9~32V (affirmative). The reason it show "24V" because they havne't update the silkscreen. I would suggest to use a single 24V to power the DSP and the Stepper driver. It seems that 12V is the bottom li...

Re: jld612 question - bad controller, bad relays or bad config?

Already email you. I think you need to study a little bit Relay and how this controller work. The Relay is powered by the controller, so why would you apply 9V to it? By the way, there is no way to apply external power to the relay. You can use the N.C. , N.O. and COM contacts, but there is no pins ...

Single Axis Driver already arrived but I've taken picture for it yet. That's why I haven't posted it on my website. I may take a raw picture and post it here in a day or two. Price is about $37.5 each. Very nice board with decent size heatsink attached. Panel should arrive in about 10 days (next shi...
