Re: 3 Axis Board

Oh, that will be great. FYI, we're ready to launch our 40W laser machine with this 3-axis controller card installed. We have added a couple things to the machine that came out from a big laser company in China. We then take the 'gut' out, replace it's PS with ours 10A PS, replaced water pump,fan to ...

Re: 3 Axis Board

Just make sure that your PS (12V~24V) can supply 5A current, 2A per axis and 1A for I don't know, may be a controller card or just spare some 'room' for the PS. Do not use under rated PS as the PS will get very hot if you do so. Make sure to download the manual I posted under the Manual Catagory and...

Re: 3 Axis Board

It's current limited, so you really don't need to care about the 3.6V. Just make sure that the motor is running the current the board being set to

3 Watt LED Driver connection

I found that the drive works fine with 3V~6V DC for a single 3W LED. But it get pretty hot if driving it over than 6V. I think the only way to use it over 12V is when you connect three 1W LED in series. I will test it and post the result it later

Re: 20a digital current meter

Yes. Or just buy a 200mA current meter that doesn't need a shunt

I'm confused too! Why don't you just go the "Manual" and download whatever device manual you want??

Re: Can't get momentary to function on RF2A...

Something must be wrong here. The momentary won't take 10s to let go. It should let go within 0.3s

Re: 5.1VDC 1.5a Stepper resistor setup

Formula: Vref/5Rs
Vrf = Voltage at pin#10
Rs= the current resistor (the bigger one you seem on the board, usually 2Watt)

Example:
1.0ohm = 1A
0.39ohm = 1.25A
0.3ohm = 1.5A

Re: questions about vfd:

You must get 220V VFD instead. The 110V VFD will output three phase 110V only.

Re: 1 Channel Tx/Rx

You need to register to the forum before you can download the manual. Plus, I didn't post 1ch manual with 1527, but it's the same procedure as the 2ch.
