Re: Need an over view for this 2 Channel RF Wireless Controller

When my module has been idle for a while, it seems to stop working, or 'sleep' and does not respond to the remote. If I disconnect power for about a minute or so and reconnect, it functions normally. Thoughts? Which model do you have? 1527 or 2262 chipset? Usually you can correct it by doing 'learn...

Re: HB416PVA Power meter

I am looking at buying this meter for testing power transformers, measuring the core loss inparticular. My question is, does this meter display RMS or Average P, V, I? Thanks, Dave It display Peak power, V, and I. If you're looking for one for RMS, then you should consider the 3 phase AC Power/Watt...

Yes, for some reason I found that 8ch and 12ch manual gone! I got to repost it. But before I do so, I need to edit some setting as it changed a little bit on the programming.

Dc-Dc isolated power module (6pin) connection

This is the latest Dc/Dc isolated power module (1205 or 1212) with 6pin. It's 2Watt and 9V~18V input. Both 5V and12V modules are sharing the same connection

3 axis stepper controller for CO2 laser engraving connection

So many folks asked me how to setup the connection of the 3axis stepper for a laser machine. Here you go, I draw a simple diagram and it should be clear enough to understand. In order to work, the CO2 power supply must be the type of 5V triggering or it won't work. What the CW does is that it simula...

Re: 3 axis stepper controller: chopper type current control ?

I'm going to order a new board with current setting. It's the latest one and using Toshiba TB6560 PWM power IC. The resolution can be set down to 1/16 compare to the 1/4 of the current TA8435. PWM is supported but the Mach3 seems haveing a little trouble to output PWM in a precise manner. A lot of f...

Re: mistake in the 3-axis stepper motor controller : Page10

There is a limitation for the parallel port. It support two home switches only: X, Y
For other limit, you use Mach3 'soft limit' to handle it

Re: RF4A 4 channel RF control system question

It's so funny here. You don't like the siren but other complain and even yell at me. "Where in thell is the siren, you sold me a wrong item and I need a full refund!" I guess this is the natural of the world that we could never satisfy all people no matter how much effoert we tried. Regard...

Re: UP-8135A question

Simply connect a 7805 is not a good idea. You need to add a couple caps to do noise filtration. For high voltage application, you may consider my HV 5V module which support 7~60V input and output 5V (another model support 12V)

Re: RF4A 4 channel RF control system question

Please do more research on relay. A relay doesn't provide any voltage unless you inject to. It's either Open Or Closed contact. It's a mechaniic switch to control on and off action. A switch does not output votlage itself
