Re: Multiple lasers on one water reservoir and chiller?

You need to use 4x pumps to handle four lasers. Do NOT put those tubes in series or.... :!: The LO1600W water chiller can handle two 150W tubes or 4x 100Ws working simultaneously. For that case, a separated pump is installed to handle each tube individually. A dual pump LO1600W is only available per...

Re: LaserCad will not install with English Version

Uninstall the LaserCad and removed the folder completely from the C:\ if it is the default location. Then reinstall the program and select English. Make sure antivirus program is off during installation

Check the continuity of the Fire Button. You may connected it to normally closed (NC) mode instead of normally opened (NO).

Re: Bought new PWM but it still wont fire

Then try it without the controller:

Only on the LPSU terminals:
1) Ground WP
2)Connect 5V to the input
3) Touch TL to ground will get you more than full power output
So just hold that in 1 seconds or less

Re: Bought new PWM but it still wont fire

You may had a lose connection non the tube while trying to power it up and caused opened circuit. When firing a laser tube with opened circuit, the charge from the power supply will cause a spark and he power supply may be blew. You need to check the wire connection and make sure that is is firmly c...

Re: 45W Laser Power Supply Wiring for Manual Power Control

If he hasn't turned on the water protection on the DSP card he doesn't has to connect WP to the ground on the controller side. So far I don't see any problem on his diagram. If Fire button press it should fire the laser on the manual mode. Could be connection issue I guess

Re: New tube cuts great but engraves terrible.

I don't think that it was anything to do with the tube I mentioned from the other post that it was something related to the focus or over power that may caused the issue. In this case, it seems there was mechanical issue. You better check the belt, cartridge, lens/mount, mirrors... laser tube or pow...

Re: Melting switches

Only thing you may want to do is to get 12A fuse instead. It is a little strange that it blew a 10A fuse
You take the risk to scale up the fuse though
