No source, but these specs should help you to find a replacement.

Re: CW5200 Cooler

De-ionized water exposed to atmospheric CO2 will have a pH of 5.6. This is the pH typically exhibited by rainwater. Rainwater will not eat through a plastic drum!

Re: JLD612 Amperage Draw

Check the output of the converter. Perhaps it is generating a square wave instead of a sine wave. Are you certain it is rated at 200 W?

Unfortunately, you are heading in the wrong direction! Please get a refrigerated chiller or you may get another expensive lesson. More is not better.

Re: Tube / Power Suppy Choice.

I would have gone with the SPT C90 to save a few bucks and have Marco ship from stock, but your choice is good too.

Re: Can heat crack a tube?

I'm not sure how you would get hot coolant, but definitely yes! Always start with the tube and the coolant at the same temperature. :o

Re: Looking for wiring diagrams

As long as your 24 VDC supply is capable of providing the required current, it will be fine. If it's not capable, you will have problems which will make it obvious.

Re: JLD612 & PT100 ??

Psb = -79

How did you arrive at this value? I calculate -4.

During auto tune you should expect at least one overshoot. And, changing SouF by such a small amount will make almost no difference.

Re: Help please! how to make a belt

Marco, if you think someone is accusing you, perhaps you should pause for a long while before responding. If there is someone in your office who has excellent English skills, ask them to compose a response. If you want your business to grow, you cannot offend even a single customer!

Re: HELP please! how to make a belt

For a rotary attachment, Badfrog needs a continuous belt that rolls over pulleys. Clamping the ends is not possible.

Re: HELP please! how to make a belt

You can't glue a belt!! It must be a complete belt without any cuts. Instead, you need to add a tensioner to use a belt one standard size longer.
