I was told that it involved quite complicated law issue by doing raffles. It is considered as gambling and state law prohibited. Seems mission impossible even though I want to do it for my boy's swimming team fund raising. Any other idea or suggestion? To be the worst (to me) but good to you folks,...

Would it be a good idea to have a gift voucher or credit? So you could have different prices for different amounts, $100 prize cost $5 or something like that.
